Very impressed with the level of detailed cleaning. Came to my house on time and cleaned the interior amazing. Had two very nice gentlemen clean it for almost three hours. Costed about 220 before the tip for interior detail, pet fur removal, and shampoo seats. Got far more than what I was expecting. ~ Jesse S

Overall, the cleaning work was well done. Scheduled for a 8:00am slot, they called at 7:45 to advise they would arrive within a half hour, and showed up within that time. I didn't hear when they asked about opening the trunk upon arriving (it was unlocked, but not open) and even though we had multiple interactions, they didn't ask about it again or confirm that I did not want it cleaned, so the trunk didn't get cleaned. Make sure everything is open for them to clean, they won't ask twice. While they take all payment methods, they didn't disclose there would be a surcharge for credit card payments upfront. Not at all unreasonable to have the surcharge, it just would have been nice to know about it in advance. I would probably use them again. ~ Paul L
